Статья 19. Врач соревнований

1. Врач соревнований входит в состав судейской коллегии на правах заместителя главного судьи по медицинской части и принимает участие в ее работе.

2. Врач соревнований:

• a) входит в состав комиссии по приемке места соревнований;
  
  б) проверяет правильность оформления заявок, наличие в них визы врача о допуске участников к соревнованиям;
  
  в) присутствует на взвешивании, проводит медицинский контроль (наружный осмотр и т.п.) участников;
  
  г) следит за соблюдением санитарно-гигиенических требований в местах проведения соревнований;
  
  д) осуществляет медицинское обследование и наблюдение за участниками в процессе соревнований;
  
  е) непосредственно на ковре оказывает медицинскую помощь борцам, дает заключение о возможности или невозможности продолжения ими схватки или соревнований, немедленно сообщает об этом главному судье соревнований и представляет ему соответствующую справку для секретариата;
  
  ж) по окончании соревнований представляет отчет о медико-санитарном обеспечении соревнований с указанием случаев заболеваний и повреждений (приложение 14).

Article 19. The Doctor Of The Competitions

1. The doctor of the competitions shall be a member of the Officials’ Board as the Chief official’s deputy in the medical service and take part in its work.

2. The doctor of the competitions shall:

• a) be a member of the commission that accepts the venue of the competitions:
  
  b) check the entries and doctor’s visa concerning the contestants’ admission to the competitions;
  
  c) be present at the weigh-in and carry out the medical control (external examination and the like) of the contestants;
  
  d) check the observance of medical-hygienic requirements at the competitions venue;
  
  e) carry out medical examination and observation of the participants in the course of the competitions;
  
  f) provide the fighters with the medical service directly on the mat, make the decision whether or not a contestant is in the condition to continue the contest, inform the Chief official immediately and submit the corresponding information for the Secretariat;
  
  g) after the end of the competitions submit the report of the medical provision of the competitions stating the cases of injuries and diseases if any (see appendix 14).
